Stampish gives businesses a digital loyalty stamp card that lives in their customers' Apple Wallet. We process a small amount of data to make that work, and nothing more.
From businesses: your business name, email, and a password (stored only as a secure hash), plus the card design and messages you create.
From cardholders: the name and email a customer enters when they add a business's card, their stamp count, and the anonymous device token Apple uses so we can update their card. Cardholder data belongs to the business whose card they hold; we process it on that business's behalf.
Cookies: one login-session cookie for business dashboards. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no advertising identifiers.
We do not sell data. We do not share cardholder data across businesses. We do not send marketing to cardholders ourselves; only the business whose card they chose can update their card.
Data is stored with our hosting provider in the United States and encrypted in transit. Card updates are delivered through Apple's push infrastructure.
Cardholders can remove a card from their Wallet at any time, which stops all updates. Businesses and cardholders can request deletion of their data by emailing hello@stampish.com; we act on requests promptly.
