Stampish Terms of Service

The deal, in plain language. Last updated July 19, 2026. Stampish is a product of BaileyTTN Global, LLC.

What you're buying

Stampish gives your business a digital loyalty stamp card in your customers' Apple Wallet: a signup page and QR poster, a staff scanner for adding stamps, a dashboard to design your card, and on the Grow plan, banner updates pushed to your customers' cards. Every plan includes unlimited cards and stamps. Plans differ by branding options and how many banner updates you can publish; current limits are listed on the pricing page.

Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Founding-rate pricing stays at that rate for as long as your subscription remains active.

Cancel anytime, no phone calls and no hoops: close your account from your dashboard's Account page, or cancel the subscription in Stripe. When a subscription ends, your account moves to the free plan and paid features stop. Payments already made are not refunded automatically, but if something went wrong, write to us and we will make it right.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your login and team PIN private, and for the content you put on your card: your name, logo, reward, and banner messages must be yours to use and must not be unlawful or misleading. Your customers' data belongs to your relationship with them; we process it only to run your card, as described in our privacy policy.

Closing your account is immediate and permanent: your card link stops working, customer cards stop updating, and your data is deleted.

The reward is your promise

Stampish tracks stamps; honoring the reward is between you and your customer. Set a reward you will actually honor.

Fair use and availability

Don't use Stampish to spam, deceive, or send unlawful content, and don't try to break or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

We work hard to keep Stampish fast and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. Card delivery depends on Apple's infrastructure and your customers' devices. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will note the new date here and, for significant changes, tell you in your dashboard or by email before they take effect.
