A prepaid-session card that lives in your clients’ Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Scan them in at every session and the count updates on the spot. They always know how many sessions they have left. You always know who, what they pay per session, and what remains.
Whatever you call a package, Stampish turns it into a card your client keeps, with the number that matters on the front.
You hear it every week. The answer lives in a spreadsheet, a notes app, or your memory, and the client’s version is always one session more generous than yours. Nobody wants to have that conversation at the end of a good workout.
Stampish puts the count where they already look: their Wallet, one swipe from their credit cards. Every scan updates it in front of them. No arguing, no reminding, no “I’ll check tonight.”
The card in your client’s Wallet shows exactly three things: how many sessions are left, whose card it is, and the size of the package. The dots empty out one by one as you scan.
Your dashboard carries the rest: each client’s rate per session, sessions left, how much prepaid time you still owe, and when you last saw them. Price is your information, not the card’s.
When a package runs out, the scanner offers the next one. One tap and the dots refill.
Need to tell everyone something? On the Grow plan, one line from your dashboard lands on the face of every client’s card: away next week, a new early slot, renewals on offer this month.
| Client | Per session | Left | Prepaid left |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alyx Taylor | $85 | 6 of 10 | $510 |
| Jordan Mehta | $75 | 9 of 12 | $675 |
| Priya Nair | $90 | 7 of 10 | $630 |
| Theo Lund | $85 | 1 of 8 | $85 |
Name, rate per session, and the package they bought. Ten sessions at $85, say. Stampish makes their card, with the full set of dots lit up.
Show it on your phone or text them the link. They scan, tap Add, and the card slides into their Wallet. Ten seconds. No app. No account to create.
Open the scanner on your phone, point it at their card, tap once. A dot empties and the count drops while they watch. Scanned twice? Undo it just as fast.
No hardware. No booking system to migrate. No spreadsheet.
One plan, and everything is in it: unlimited clients, your branding, Alerts on every card, nearby reminders, email support. No tiers, no add-ons.
Free while Stampish is in beta. You get at least 30 days notice by email before billing ever starts, and you are never charged unless you choose the plan and enter payment details yourself. Cancel anytime. Full detail in our terms.
No. The card shows sessions: how many are left and how big the package is. Price per session and prepaid value live only in your dashboard.
The card reads 0 sessions left and the scanner offers to add the next package. One tap, the dots refill, and your dashboard logs the new prepaid value.
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which they already have. You hand them a QR, they tap Add, done.
Tap undo. The session goes back on the card while the client watches, and the correction is logged.
One plan with everything in it, free while Stampish is in beta. When billing begins it is $19 a month, or $16 a month billed yearly, and you get at least 30 days notice by email first. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose the plan and enter payment details yourself.
Not yet, and never by surprise. Stampish is in beta so we can keep improving the app alongside the trainers using it. Free means free: we don’t ask for card details, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When we decide to start charging, we will email you well ahead of time, at least 30 days, and it will be up to you whether to keep using Stampish on the plan or stop. Your clients’ cards keep working either way until then.
Pick the trainer account at signup. It is the same Stampish underneath, but every card counts sessions down from a package instead of stamps up to a reward. Running a café or salon instead? Stampish for businesses is the one you want.
Add your first client, hand them the QR, and scan them in on Thursday. Free during beta.
